§ 5-10 years’ experience with NBFCs .
§ Should understand RBI guidelines for account finalization
§ Should understand current asset liabilities, ageing
§ In depth understanding of accounting standards including Indian GAAP & IND-AS
§ Strong financial & investment knowledge
§ Strong analytical, communication & Presentation skills
