Job Location     -    Gurgaon/ Bangalore and Mumbai

·        Reviewing, negotiate and finalization of commercial contracts from both client and vendor perspective

·        Handling internal & external stakeholders with strong legal acumen.

·        Ability to provide proposal drafting support

·        Reviewing of RFP’s, Tenders, RFQ’s, Power of attorney, pre-bid queries, deviation matrix, cover letters, declarations, bid compliance check list, etc

·        Updated on current legal developments and laws
