Role. – Dy Manager / AM -Finance
Job Location - Worli, Mumbai
 Candidate will be responsible for:-
1. Over see sales & service contribution Reconciliation and give qualitative comments after analysis
2. Preparation of Monthly Accounts of NBS along with presentation for review and variance analysis
3. Balance Sheet Grossing up entries
4. Related party reconciliations on periodic basis
5. Balance Sheet Grossing up entries
6. Oversee statutory compliances
7. Ensure completeness of accounting
8. Hyperion reporting for NBS for all 4 quarters
9. Board Meeting Preparation including Presentation
10. Coordination with statutory auditors for annual accounts audit
11. Finalisation of accounts & Preparing Annual Financial Statements
12. Preparation of Budget file and presentation for board presentation and Hyperion reporting
13. Handling ICFR Audit, CMS Audit & Intenal Audit by outside Agency
14. Compliance Portal updation and control
15. Investment Income entry and schedule
16. Ind AS 116 Accounting
