Require Executive/Assistant Manager - SailPoint IIQ Developer- with Leading Investment Bank,Gurgaon

As an Identity Access Management SailPoint Specialist, you’ll part of building advance user access management system for the organisation. This role will also offer opportunity to assist in the ongoing support of compliance protocols and other related group access management policies. Using your innovative mindset, you’ll be encouraged to identify possible automation opportunities and process simplifications, while also completing process mapping and identifying relevant gaps and improvements to enhance our methodology and efficiency. You’ll use your strong project management and relationship building skills to develop close working relationships with IT, business partners, stakeholders, and senior management.

To be successful in this role you’ll bring an understanding of key identity lifecycle events, be able to independently analyse processes, issues and identify gaps in controls and opportunities to improve risk frameworks through end to end design and development. You’ll also bring the following technical skills and experience:

• Experience in implementing and Customizing different Identity & Access Management processes like Joiner, Mover, Leaver user access reviews and maintaining appropriate documentations.
• Hand-on experience in writing custom rules, tasks, and workflows in Sailpoint IIQ
• Experience developing and supporting the custom connectors using Java.
• Experience assisting with implementation of new identity and access management technology including UAT coordination, release preparations, and training support.
• Prior experience in defining rules, access controls, entitlements, user Policies, certifications, provisioning, creating workflows, custom bean shell, provisioning plan, LCM, policies etc.
• Must have good programming skills in Java, J2EE, Bean Shell scripting, database etc
• Full Stack Development experience using Spring Boot and React JS
• Good to have hands on knowledge of event driven development using Kafka.

An understanding of access administration tools like Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, database access administration tools and previous experience in an internal client facing role supporting the administration of business systems is an advantage, but not essential.

You must be able to communicate clearly with peers and supervisors and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. In addition, you will have strong independent control focus, be a quick learner who is credible, reliable, self-motivated and achievement and results oriented.
