RESPONSIBILITIES
• Should have sound knowledge in MDM across P2P, R2R and O2C
• Overall understanding of processes, continuous improvement work and an ability and interest in identifying and championing new ideas for possible adoption & transformation experience is added advantage
• Develop action plans to ensure that improvement development plans are achieved
• Manage all SLAs & KPIs and ensure efficient service delivery
• Working and managing teams in a matrix organization
• Experience in SAP/S4Hana with good understanding on data modeling, data fields and mapping knowledge
• Maintain day to day operations & performance, administration and communication to Client and leadership
• Reporting on the defined process metrics on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
• Ensure Internal Control compliance and External Audit requirements are always met
• Ability to build relationships, teamwork and networking in a virtual international context
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, think tactically and strategically, demonstrate objectivity, be results-oriented, and show initiative and creativity
