RESPONSIBILITIES
• Should have sound knowledge and experience in the dunning and collections process
• Manage all SLAs & KPIs and ensure efficient service delivery
• Setting up controls & driving change through continuous process improvement
• Must carry experience with SAP / S4HANA for Order to Cash processes
• Strong experience working with Excel/Spreadsheets and PowerPoint/Slides
• An ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team of Finance leaders
• Contact with customers via phone, email etc
• Clear and concise way of expressing ideas and requirement with strong analytical & problem-solving ability
• Able to motivate self & the team
• Driving Quality initiatives in the process to attain measurable positive results
