Experience in designing learning solutions based on client requirements

 Takes consultative approach to offer solutions

 Has knowledge of measuring effectiveness of learning solutions

 Designs solutions that are engaging and effective

 Previous experience in designing for game and simulation-based learning solutions

 Experience in developing bite-sized learning and designing for mobile learning

 Knowledge of Bloom Taxonomy and other adult learning principles

 Creating proposals, design documents and development guidelines

 Mentoring the content team, developing and providing training to the team

 Knowledge on course development life cycle

 Knowledge on US CPE standards is desirable

Exceptional communication skills

 Ability to lead and work in a team arrangement

 Expert technical knowledge in Microsoft Office suite

 Experience in authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and any LMS and LCMS will be beneficial

 Well-versed with the latest trends and technologies in Learning and design innovative learning

solutions
