Position : Chief Manager- Company Secretary ( 8yrs+)

Roles and Responsibilities :
To Implement the overall Corporate Governance principles of the Bank.
· Arrange Board meetings
· Prepare Index of Board Notes in line with the Calendar of reviews, follow up for Board notes from Departments
· Manage queries relating to Companies Act, Listing agreement in the Board meeting
· Note the proceedings of the meeting and prepare minutes as per the secretarial standards
· Act as a single point of contact for all queries relating to Companies Act, 2013
· Responsible to manage the due diligence from Shareholders and or other entities
· Create, prepare and maintain all statutory registers as per the statutory requirement
· Create the Director training material and carry out training on the company once a year
· Ensure compliance with Listing agreement, RBI, Companies Act
· Coordination in preparation of Annual report
