Profile - VP - Fraud Investigation
Job Location - Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Fraud Analysts and Associates to minimize fraud losses
- Manage operational responsibilities including SLAs and productivity targets
- Coordinate the investigation of any fraud issue with the appropriate fraud investigation unit as appropriate.
- Drive excellent decision quality across teams to meet QA targets
- Gather, organize and analyze data as it pertains to case development through the use of analytical tracking and data management tool
- Review developing cases, identify and analyze points of compromise, and communicate potential risk to Fraud leadership
- Use a data-driven approach to develop and design fraud solutions
- Establish the appropriate analytical environment and reporting to ensure comprehensive fraud coverage
- Research and remain current on the latest industry fraud trends and recommend tools, services, and practices for improvement
- Identify and develop process improvements/automation to maximize efficiency of fraud detection activities as required
- Manage team members with training and development
- Obtain approval for implementation of changes to the Fraud Strategy
