Job Location : Hyderabad ( Near Moosapet Metro Station) / Chennai ( Vanagram) / Vijaywada ( Bhawani Nagar) / Bangalore ( Whitefileds)
Profile : Branch Accountant / Branch Service Accountant
Reports to : Regional Accountant Head- South
Working Days : 5 full days and Saturdays Half Day ( Depends on work pressure)
Travelling : Approx 7 days in a month
Roles and Responsibilities :
Monitoring & supervision of overall finalization of books of accounts of Sales & Marketing
Direct & & Indirect tax compliance at branch level
Monthly GST Return preparation & Filling
Handling Internal & external Auditor
Timely deliverance of Management MIS as per guidelines
Review of branch team on a monthly basis
Ensuring adherence to company stock norms at all time
Preparation & implementation of Branch Budget.
Preparation of Value Chains for dealers and maintain & Verifying scheme accruals on monthly basis.
Hands on experience in SAP MM/FICO experience
Gross Margin review & P&L analysis
Treasury – Maintaining Bank accounts,
Accounts Receivables/Payables management
Inventory management & Fixed asset management
Month closing, mis reporting and coordinate with auditors
Ensure true and fair representation of the financial statements
Generating timely reports and sharing with management with results
Support month-end and year-end process
Review the branch commercial personnel on a monthly basis
Adherence to stock norms.
Review the branch commercial personnel on a monthly basis.
New ideas to optimize operational efficiency overall.
