Profile - Asst. Manager - Distribution

Job Location - Bangalore

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

- Responsible for setting up of Distribution channel in the selected geography, for selected product categories (Adhesives / Smartcare)
- Responsible for Sales & Growth of Adhesives in respective Market
- Responsible for Sales & Growth of Smartcare in Distribution channel
- Responsible for Sales of Other Focus products in Distribution channel
- Should work closely with Super-stockists / Distributors / Retailers for building long term business relationship
- Should prepare & submit MIS reports on time as per our formats
- Drive distribution for New Products as per targets
- Execution of channel management by covering gaps in market servicing, outlet coverage gaps

- Responsible for Distributor / Super-stockist Management: appointment/improvement /discontinuation through close coordination with respective Regional sales teams
- Carrying out weekly reviews with Regional teams: on Distribution& Focus products Sales
