Role. –Senior Manager – R2R Reporting
Job Location - Mumbai ( Vikhroli)
Timings - Login time 6 am Indian Time
Roles & Responsibilities:-
· Someone who has managed big team of 75 - 100 people and has
excellent communication skills.
· Be responsible for delivery stabilization and oversee operations,
make independent decisions, which have major day to day impact in his/her
area of responsibility.
· Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential
operational improvement
· Review bottlenecks and recommend changes to process at an
organization level
· Ensure quality standards in line with the organization expectation
· Responsible for delivery planning, objective setting, and
development of new procedures within his/her area of responsibility, through
interpretative judgment of overall policies and goals
· Identifies, assesses and resolves complex business problems issues
and provides alternative scenarios
· Accountable for developing and managing key internal / external
client relationships across sphere of influence, including situations in
which no relationship previously existed
· Use excellent service skills to establish and maintain effective
working relationship with stakeholders
· Identify business development opportunities and communicate them
to senior management
· Accountable for client satisfaction in area of responsibility,
against service level agreement, and ensures achievement of key performance
indicators project milestones
· Responsible for fulfillment of contractual obligations completion
of deliverables within own area of responsibility
· Accountable for performance against financial parameters, and
monitors and reports on budgetary aspects within own area.
· Initiates and promotes continuous improvement programs across
sphere of influence
· Leads and manages a team, typically delivering results through
others
· Allocates resources and responsibilities across team to deliver
business results and develop team members.
· Contributes broad and deep knowledge in areas of functional or
business specialization across a broad operational framework range of
projects
· Develop talent in the off shore team with diverse capabilities in
order to deliver objectives that are in line with requirements of the
business
· Supervise, train, guide and mentor team members associates for
career development and growth opportunities
· Engage in benchmarking studies to establish areas of potential
operational improvement
