· Responsible for managing entire Accounts Payable Process.
· Mentoring and Managing Delivery Managers
Utilization of Managers, Senior Managersand team capacity
- Alignment of Organizational goals.
· Responsible and accountable for Accuracy and timelines for all deliverables for the span.
· Continuous guidance to Managers/Senior Managers for streamlining and improving the accounts payable process
· Providing updates to Senior Management.
- Client dashboards
- Identifying potential delivery issues and client risks
- Control Dash Boards
· Regular Sync to strategize with Controllership teams on all updates & risks
· Closely work with Controllers and COE for updates on the main policies and procedures for Account Payable processes
· Regular Sync and Review with Delivery managers to get close to hands updates on clients/ issues/ team management pulse and updates for their span
· Responsible for managing Bandwidth of the span for new clients.
· Delivery Escalations with minimal client impact.
· Strategize for upskilling of Asst. Manager, Managers and Senior Mangers on a regular basis
· Critical thinking and to question on standard process so as to implementing best practices in the industry
· To assess manpower requirement and involve in hiring process
· Possess high integrity, creativity, and good interpersonal ability
