Position. – Associate Vice President of Finance
Job Location - Bangalore (Yeshwanthpur)
Qualification - CA /MBA (10 yrs+)
Shift Timing - 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM
Background of the position
A fast growth finance consulting & outsourcing company based in Austin, TX is looking for a Finance Professional. The position is client facing and will primarily manage a set of clients and be responsible for managing the client’s financial activities and processes. Other responsibilities include liaising with clients & global accounting team and supporting CFO services (FP&A). The AVP of Finance is required to understand their client’s business and provide client service that surpasses expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Experience: • 10-15 years of experience in accounting functions
• Large company ($50M - $200M revenue) FP&A experience and/or growth company lead Finance role
• Presentation development and delivery
• Strong technology skills (Excel, financial systems, etc.)
• Managing a team
• Experience working with accounting functions
• Experience implementing and/or driving a budget & forecast process, establishing relevant KPI’s for a company, and FP&A
• Experience working with global teams
• Trusted advisor to executive team regarding business decisions
• Experience with fundraising, M&A, IPO, or International experience
• Consulting experience
- Directly responsible for Client Success and thereby contributing to the success & growth of the company -
- Direct interaction with Client Leadership Teams -
- Help drive decision making and having a significant impact on the business decision making process
- Role is more strategic and account management along with client financial controllership
