Role. – Manager / AVP- Business Controller
Job Location - Bangalore
Role Timing - UK Shift starting from 12 noon
Roles & Responsibilities:-
This role will report to the Group Head of FP&A. To work closely with the Group FP&A, local Finance Directors, functional business partners and functional owners
Responsible for the forecast, budget and 3 year planning process of the support functions
• Drive and maintain proper functional cost reporting
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the management, group finance and functional owners
• Act as finance business partner to the functional owners (Executive team)
• Ensure accurate cost recognition and proper allocation to the various cost centers
• Align with HR on reporting, hires, budget ownership
• Manage S4HANA cost center structure and hierarchy
• Continually identify areas for potential financial improvement
• Design, Develop and maintain existing reports & dashboards and implement new dashboards for better visibility into the critical metrics
