As a Senior Manager in Finance, you will work directly with senior business leaders on strategic initiatives to grow the business service in India. Job responsibilities include:
· Maintaining effective controllership of marketing budgets
· Drawing up short-term and long-term financial plans including variance analysis and reporting
· Establishing and maintaining operating and business metrics
· Producing succinct financial and business narratives for management review documents
· Assessing financial viability of new businesses and setting financial guardrails
· Advising business leaders on commercial deal terms
· Analyzing key predictors, identifying trends and presenting actionable insights to business leaders
· Conducting ad-hoc financial analyses and interpreting P&L data to support business decisions
· Leading controllership / frugality / process improvement projects
This position requires a successful candidate tackle multiple projects and efficiently execute deliverables while managing a team. The right individual will have exceptional Finance skills, strong understanding of Accounting principles, solid leadership skills, business partnering skills and firm business judgment capable of driving an organization to the right results.
The person needs to operate independently and successfully in a fast-paced, global, results-oriented environment, and have the ability to influence the decisions of senior business leaders through effective logical reasoning, insightful analysis, and presentation of alternatives.
