Profile - DGM - Risk Management
Job Location - Mumbai
Reports to - Chief Risk Officer ( CRO)
Roles & Responsibilities:
To design & implement robust enterprise risk management systems and processes and review and monitor the systems/processes and risk thereon. To develop a comprehensive view of risk across the various businesses of the group .
Strategic focus
- Create templates for capturing, reviewing and monitoring the macro, industry and business risks of the various businesses across the group.
- Develop framework to identify risks in the environment emerging from regulation, industry trends, suppliers, competition & customers and develop adequate risk response along with the risk owners & track the mitigation plans
- Capture a portfolio view of material risks across all businesses on various impact measures like financial, brand, operational
- Business partnering- support, guide businesses during cycle initiation. Training of operations team on risk management
Implementation:
- Responsible for template creation, identifying key risk indicators, risk scales & drive deployment, training across businesses of the Company's group.
- Ensuring updated risk repository for Company and group companies
- Building Risk awareness within the organisation by conducting regular workshops and implementing effective risk management framework through enhancing capability of employees.
- Preparing reports, presentation to update Risk Management Committee and Corporate Risk Committees of Company on risks thrice a year.
- Prepare quarterly Risk Certificate Report for the audit committees, corporate risk committees and Board of Company
