Job Location – Amritsar / Jalandhar / Jodhpur/ Lucknow
Experience – 4 – 8 Years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Branch administration at authorizer level
- Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.
- Credit Underwriting of retail loans like tractors / small commercial vehicles.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Manage productivity, morale of branch personnel.
- Establishing standards and delivery of customer service.
- Sale of non-deposit products. Cross selling targets progressively.
- Sale of MF and insurance products.
- Fee income.
Candidate Profile / Experience / Education Qualification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Should have sales orientation
- Leadership skills. (Though more tactical than strategic).
- 4 - 8 years banking experience of which 2-3 years, leading a branch as Branch Manager.
- Experience in branch administration or retail credit underwriting.
- Retail Assets funding exposure
