1. Create, plan and execute investor relations programs to convey the company’s strategy and progress to investor community
2. Maintain strong relationships with both buy side and sell side participants ensure wide coverage of the stock and good mix of institutional and retail shareholding
3. Conducting one of one / group meetings, conference calls, Investor analyst meets, plan and participate in roadshows representing the company
4. Communicating market feedback to the top management and effectively planning management meetings with the investors / analysts.
5. Lead preparation of quarterly and annual earnings presentation, press releases, conference calls, management talk tracks and management preparation with potential questions
6. Carrying out detailed shareholding analysis for the top management
7. Tracking industry as well as peer performance and carrying out detailed sector research for top management
8. Develop financial models and perform various competitive analysis and benchmarking of the company relative to Indian and global peers
9. Benchmarking Investor Relations practices with various global companies
Corporate Finance, M&A and Strategy
1. Evaluating financial viability of various strategic initiatives and assisting in go / no go decision by the top management
2. Directly Engage with the counter party, supporting negotiations, internal and external cross functional due diligence and deal closure
3. Lead group’s capital market activities by building financial models from the scratch, conducting extensive valuations exercise, engaging with various intermediaries, preparation of information memorandum and other documentations and engaging with investors
