Role- Loan Against Property (LAP)

Position- Credit Manager

Location- Mumbai / New delhi

Qualification: CA/ MBA: 2-6 yrs

1.       The business dynamics,products on offer,various segments to whom we lend 

2.        Ensuring discipline in adherence to processes involved in credit buying 

3.       Underwriting & making proposals of business loans and other products as per location requirement(BL OD , LAP) 

4.       Manage the credit processing agents activities 

5.       Ensure systematic verification processes and coordinate with verification agencies 

6.       To be up to date on industries we lend and business environment in general , 

7.       take appropriate credit decision , 

8.       Monitor the portfolio sourced , 

9.       Understand and interpret the portfolio quality 

10.    Interact with sourcing agents 

11.    Co - ordinate with internal and external auditors 

12.    Get the best auditrating in internal audits.
