Role and Responsibilities:
* Direct Tax Advisory services (Domestic & International)
* Representations and Litigation Support including assessments & appeals up to CIT (Appeals) level
* Direct Tax Litigation Assistance up to ITAT level
* Advisory on Regulatory matters, especially FEMA / FDI
* Domestic Transfer Pricing
* Transfer Pricing
* Obtaining requisite approvals from authorities
* Compliance Services related to the above
