Job Responsibilities
A). GAAP conversions :
1. ) Conversion of financial statements from IGAAP to Ind-AS
2.) Reverse conversion for overseas acquisition (IFRS to IGAAP).
B.) Consolidation implementation & Accounting Manuals
1.) Accounting support for client when selecting new consolidation system.
2.) Preparation of accounting manual for group with multiple entities/jurisdictions – IGAAP or IFRS
C.) Transaction support and financial reporting
1.) IFRS impact assessment for cross-border acquisition
2.) EBITDA impact of acquisition
3.) Carve-out and demerger accounting
4.) Accounting policy alignment – pre- or post-acquisition
D. ) Tax and tax reporting
1.) Accounting solutions (IGAAP and IFRS) related to tax planning/structuring
E. ) IPO preparedness
1.) Overall assessment of company’s readiness from financial reporting/governance perspective for IPO process
2.) Project manage production of financial information for IPO process
F.) IFRS training, ad-hoc support and on-call services
1.) Accounting support for new business models
2.) Tailored training programme for specific company/industry
3.) White paper/accounting advice on specific transactions
